3. Service Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

When booking our makeup services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your requirements. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Deposits and Payments

For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and group bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount of the deposit and payment terms will be communicated to you during the booking process.

Full payment for services is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise specified in writing. For certain services, such as bridal makeup, full payment may be required in advance.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price, whichever is greater.
• No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service price, whichever is greater.

Open Contour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment times or a full refund of any deposits paid.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Safety

You agree to inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that providing the service may pose a health risk to you or our staff.

You agree to arrive at your appointment with clean skin, free of makeup, unless otherwise instructed by our team.

4.2 Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments, with no reduction in service price.

4.3 Behavior

We strive to provide a comfortable and professional environment for all clients and staff. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Website Content

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, images, videos, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Open Contour, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Restrictions
